Hi and Welcome to the Barking Mad Blog
Barking Mad Dog Training School (BMDTS) is a dog training and behavioural centre for people who like to have fun training their dogs.
We cover everything from your puppy’s very first lessons to advanced Dog Sports training. Our training ground is in Gravely, near Stevenage.
In a friendly atmosphere you will concentrate on the bond between you and your dog and the control necessary for a safe and happy relationship.Richard Clarke M.B.I.P.D.T and the Barking Mad team can offer one-to-one training sessions and behavioural consultations either at your home or at our training ground.
We don’t just do ’sit’ and ‘heel’. We develop all aspects of on-lead and off-lead control and use stimulating agility and nose-work training all in a realistic outdoor environment, to further improve your dog’s drive and behaviour. You will be rewarded with a healthy, loving, attentive and intelligent companion.
